PURPOSE: To make it possible to uniform the thickness of a print film and increase the thickness, of a material to be printed by arranging a lifting scooper for removing surplus ink after coating on a screen, between a squeegee and a doctor knife.

CONSTITUTION: A screen printing device consists of a screen 8 positioned above a material to be printed, a squeegee 3 and a doctor knife positioned above the screen 8, and a lifting device 5 for lifting the squeegee 3 and the doctor knife 2. In addition, a lifting scooper 1 for removing surplus ink of the ink applied to the screen 8 is arranged on a lifting device 5, between the squeegee 3 and the doctor knife 2. The scooper 1 is formed like a plate body using a 2mm-thick aluminum plate. The scooper 1 has an ink scraping part 10 with a bent tip. In addition, the scooper 1 is connected to a lifting air cylinder 41 installed on the lifting device 5 at the upper end.
