Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce printing dislocation by snap-off printing of a screen printing machine.
SOLUTION: A screen rotation frame 53 is fitted to a slide frame 54 through a rotary shaft 83 and a rotary shaft 84. The slide frame 54 is fitted slidably to a rail 701 and a rail 702. The slide frame 54 is positioned by a stopper 56 and a stopper 57 by a positioning cylinder 58 and a positioning cylinder 59. A rotation driving part 61 is fitted slidably to a slide rail 77. The driving pin 65 of the rotation driving part 61 is lifted, and the screen rotation frame 53 is rotated. A rotation center C and a rotation driving point U are arranged to be inside of the screen frame 211 of a screen makeup 200. The quantity of lifting of the driving pin 65 of the rotation driving part 61 is reduced to reduce the quantity of printing dislocation.
