The screen printing method is constituted of a screen mask moving process for moving the screen mask in such a state that predetermined tensile force is applied by the squeegee arranged in a fixed state and a moving process for a material to be printed for moving a printing table in the same direction at a speed same to or different from that of the screen mask so as to print the printing matter of the screen mask moved in the screen mask moving process on the material to be printed.
