Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a screen printing method and a printing screen by which a fine and high-accuracy printing pattern can be formed by easily and accurately controlling a supply amount of a printing material to a printing surface.
CONSTITUTION: A large number of fine through holes 12 are formed correspondingly to a printing pattern in a screen substrate 10 made of a solid planar material. A printing material 30 is printed in a pattern form through a pattern area formed by the aggrerate of the fine through holes 12.
