Abstract:
To provide a screen printing plate preventing a variation in actual print thickness even if target print thickness becomes thinner and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A screen printing plate includes a metal mesh part and a metal mask part having an opening for a printing pattern, integrally. The metal mesh part is located at one end side of the opening. The opening has an area with an aperture of the metal mesh part made smaller. The screen printing plate can be manufactured using a method of manufacturing using a mother die having an insulator protrusion corresponding to the opening for a printing pattern on an external surface of a metal substrate, by partially increasing the thickness of the insulator protrusion formed on the mother die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
