An opening pattern part formed of mask material exists on a surface of a screen gauze stretched on a screen frame composing a screen printing plate. The opening pattern is formed of at least two mask material layers with different layer thicknesses. As a level difference does not exist at a boundary position between the mask material layers with different layer thicknesses, and the thickness of one mask material layer continuously changes to the thickness of the other, traveling of ink to back side can be prevented when performing screen printing by using the screen printing plate, and bleeding does not occur even at a part where the ink coating thickness changes.
