Abstract:

To obtain a screen printing plate which can be produced with a direct drawing device by applying a newly developed photosensitive emulsion for direct drawing to a screen printing mesh.

The screen printing mesh is stretched on the inner side of a plate frame and the photosensitive emulsion for direct drawing is applied to the central printing area of the screen printing mesh, wherein the photosensitive emulsion for direct drawing includes a multilayer structure comprising a high-sensitivity SBQ emulsion applied to the squeeze face of the screen printing mesh, a high-resolution azo emulsion applied to a print face of the screen printing mesh, and an overcoating agent applied to at least the print face to form a surface protective layer.
