Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply replace a screen without interrupting the flow of a resin by providing a screen holding bar in the screen holding bar insertion hole provided in a resin dividing passage so as to cross the passage at a right angle and providing the screen at the molten resin through-hole provided to this bar. SOLUTION: In an apparatus main body 6, a resin passage is divided into respective divided passages 19, 20 in parallel at the intermediate part from a molten resin inlet 17 to a molten resin outlet 18 and screen holding bar insertion holes 21, 22 are provided so as to pierce the divided passages 19, 20 at a right angle and screen holding bars 8, 9 are inserted into the respective insertion holes 21, 22 in a slidable manner. Molten resin through-holes 23, 24 are provided to the leading end parts of the holding bars 8, 9 so as to cross the axial direction of the bars at a right angle and a screen 7 is fitted in the through-hole 24 in a detachable manner and the through-hole 24 is allowed to communicate with the respective divided passages 19, 20. When the screen 7 is replaced, the screen holding bar 8 is allowed to advance to expose the screen 7 to the outside and the upper divided passage 19 is closed by the bar base part.
