PURPOSE: To enable a proper rice to be measured by metering the rice which is sampled, sizing it by a screen, and then performing a percentage display.

CONSTITUTION: A support box 2 which can be vibrated by a motor 1 is setup on a machine body A, a reception box 3 is fitted to a support box 2 so that it can be mounted and removed freely. and a screen box 4 where a net 4 for screening a proper rice is provided inside is fitted to the reception box 3 from an upper portion so that it can be mounted and removed easily. Then, an electronic scale which has a catch pan and can display percentage and weight of the proper rice is provided. Also, a mode button for setting a percentage mode and a sample button for metering are provided the electronic scale, a lid 8 is clad on the screen box 4 so that it can be mounted and removed freely, and a switch and a timer are placed at the machine body A. The other edge side of a rocking lever 11 linked to the motor 1 is interlocked to the support box 2 and the support box 2 is in a wide plate shape, is formed by urethane rubber etc., and is fitted to an upper portion of at least two elastic plates 12a and 12b which are erected in parallel. A large hole 13 where the rocking lever 11 is penetrated is formed at on elastic plate 12a.
