To provide a method for screening an anaphylactic repressor by using an Fcγ receptor knockout mouse which is a model of an actively sensitized conjunctiva anaphylaxy model and its wild type mouse.
An Fcγ receptor knockout mouse in which the immunoglobulin Fcγ receptor gene function is deficient on a chromosome and its wild type mouse are actively sensitized and an antigen used for the active sensitization is respectively administered to each limited part such as the conjunctiva, skin, etc., of a knockout mouse and its wild type mouse after a prescribed period. Active anaphylaxy is locally induced in the limited part and a test substance is administered to at least one of the knockout mouse and the wild type mouse prior to and after the induction of the active anaphylaxy to compare the degree of intensity of anaphylaxy caused in the limited part of the knockout mouse and wild type mouse.
