Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply extend a term when accurate screening is possible by setting up the JIS hardness of rubber in the core part of a screening wheel within the range from 70 up to 95.
SOLUTION: A device is composed by providing a screening wheel 7 for giving tension to a filament body being in progress of running between a capstan wheel 5 around which the filament body 1 is wound and received by its driving and a wheel 8 for winding up the filament body 1 sent out from the above capstan wheel 5. In this case, a part of the screening wheel 7 coming into contact with the filament body 1 is made of rubber having JIS hardness above 70 up to 95.
