Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute screening work with good accuracy and to efficiently execute the screening work even if a large amt. of gravel and sand are screened.
SOLUTION: The screening device 10 has a revolving shaft, plural cylindrical screens which are arranged concentrically around the revolving shaft in the state of making the sizes of the openings of screen openings successively smaller outward from inward to outward, a turning means which consists of a turning gear 25 and turning motor 50 for turning the cylindrical screens around the revolving shaft, an aggregate take-in opening 15 for taking the aggregate in the cylindrical screens and an aggregate take-out opening for taking the aggregate out of the respective cylindrical screens. The screening work is executed by charging the aggregate into the cylindrical screens, turning the cylindrical screens and successively dropping the aggregate radially via the screen openings while moving the aggregate along the inner peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical screen and holding the aggregate of the grain sizes above the screen openings to the inner side of the respective cylindrical screens.
