Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for supporting screening which can obtain a determination result in a short time with a less invasion.SOLUTION: A screening support apparatus comprises: a transmitter which is configured to be able to receive an ultrasonic wave at a prescribed frequency focusing on a specific position to irradiate an internal jugular vein with the ultrasonic wave; a receiver which is configured to be able to measure the intensity of the reflected ultrasonic wave; a blood vessel ultrasonic inspection device which includes at least an image formation device configured to be able to show a point on an image corresponding to the specific position with the concentration difference according to the measured reflection intensity; and a determination device which is configured to be able to determine whether or not the image by the concentration difference display in the internal jugular vein shown by the blood vessel ultrasonic inspection device is a smoky echo.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
