Abstract:

To provide a screw compressor capable of effectively sealing a clearance between a screw rotor and casing and of enhancing compression performance.

A screw compressor 1 which is equipped with a female rotor and a male rotor 2 which rotate while meshing with each other and with a casing 3 which accommodates the male rotor 2 and a female rotor and forms a plurality of compression operation chambers, includes a through hole 18 of a hollow part 11 in the male rotor 2 and a shaft part 13 which communicates to the hollow part, a jetting hole 16 which is formed in a rotor discharge side end 15 of the male rotor 2 and which jets lubricating oil from the hollow part 11, a through hole of a hollow part in the female rotor and a shaft part which communicates to the hollow part, a jetting hole which is formed in a rotor discharge side end of the female rotor and which jets lubricating oil from the hollow part.
