Abstract:
To provide a screw compressor having seal lines (65, 66) formed on the front end side and the rear end side of a gate (52) to partition a spiral groove (41) of a screw rotor (40) into a high pressure chamber (37) and a low pressure chamber (38), for suppressing the efficiency deterioration of the screw compressor by suppressing the leakage of gas from a clearance between the spiral groove (41) and the gate (52).SOLUTION: In the screw compressor, a gate widening part (70) is provided for imparting force to the gate (52) to widen a space (S) between the front end side seal line (65) and the rear end side seal line (66).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
