Abstract:
To provide a screw conveyor, capable of preventing malfunctioning due to attachment of material.
This screw conveyor is provided with a movable cylinder 2, a screw 4 provided in the movable cylinder 2, a reciprocation means 5 to reciprocate the movable cylinder 2 in the axial direction of the screw 4, and a drive means 6 to drive rotation of the screw 4. The screw 4 is provided with a shaft 15, and screw blades 16 provided on its outer circumference. The screw blade 16 comprises a blade main body 17, and a projection 18 formed in part of an outer circumferential edge of the blade main body 17 to project in a separating direction from the shaft 15.
