Abstract:
To provide a screw drive conveyer accurately controlling position even in stopping carried bodies or carrying them in the reverse direction, easily manufactured, and causing no increase in size of a whole device.
In the screw drive conveyer, the carried bodies 120 are carried by engagement of engagement parts of the carriage bodies 120 with spiral grooves 130 of the screw shafts 110. The spiral grooves 130 of the screw shafts 110 are constituted of two spiral plates 111 standing on circumferential faces of shaft main bodies 112 at regular intervals.
