PURPOSE: To carry out a work, keeping a grip part in an inclined state for a body, when the space for turning the grip part is not provided, as for a screw driver used in the mounting/demounting of the screw.

CONSTITUTION: The flange 4 of a body 2 having a top edge part 1 and the flange 5 of a grip part 3 are connected through a shaft 6. When the groove part 3 is held by varying the angle for the body 2, the pin projection part 8 of a pin 7 in the grip part 3 is pressed by a finger tip, and turned in the X- direction for an inverted L-shaped cut 12, and pushed in the Y-direction, and the pin top edge 11 meshed with a groove 10 formed on the flange 4 of the body 2 is released by compressing a spring 9, and the grip part 3 is turned. After the revolution in an arbitray angle, the pin projection part 8 pressed by the finger tip is released, in adjustment with the groove 10 of the flange 4, and then the spring 9 returns to the start state, and the groove 10 and the pin top edge 11 are meshed. After confirmation, the pin projection part 8 is turned in the X' direction and inserted into the horizontal part of the inverted L-shaped cut 12, and then the grip part 3 is held in a changed state.
