Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent fault of a screw fastener by sweeping chip or dust to be produced when fastening a screw to the outside through compressed air.
CONSTITUTION: Upon provision of a screw fastening start signal, a screw 1 provided at the catch section 3 is held in an adsorption pipe 5 and carried to the section to be fastened. Thereafter a bit 6 will press the screw 1 against the section to be fastened to start fastening. At the sametime, compressed air is fed from a gate section 8. Chips and dust to be produced when fastening a screw is swept to the outside through compressed air to be exhausted through a compressed air exhaust section 19 at the leading edge of an adsorption pipe 5.
