Abstract:

To provide a screw, fastening body structure using the same, and a manufacturing method for the screw, for surely fixing a member to be fastened with good workability and facilitating separation(disassembly)of the member to be fastened.

In a recycle process for an electric appliance, a plastic chassis 21 is entered into a furnace or oil heated to be gone to 110°C for a few seconds, a spacer 10 is heated and restored to a memorized shape, and a pair of arm parts is opened against a fastening force of the screw 17 so that the spacer 10 gets out of the screw 17 along an inclined face of a dish-shaped bearing surface of the screw 17. A panel case 25 is automatically removed from a panel cover 22, so that the plastic chassis 21 is easily disassembled.
