To obtain a screw-fastening structure for a member capable of suppressing the rotation of a bracket during screw fastening, and positively fixing the bracket without needless misalignment and rattling.
A flat seating face 4b of a mounting seat 4 of the bracket 3 of a duct which is a resin molding to be be mounted is abutted on an outer peripheral cylinder face of a peripheral wall of a steering member 1 made of a metal pipe. In that condition, the bracket 3 is fixed by a screw 10 penetrating a position contacting the seating face 4b of the mounting seat 4 and the outer peripheral cylinder face of the peripheral wall of the steering member 1. A projected part 5 for filling a gap between the seating face 4b and the outer peripheral cylinder face of the peripheral wall of the steering member 1 is provided to the seating face 4b of the mounting seat 4. The bracket 3 is fixed to the peripheral wall of the steering member 1 by the screw 10, while the projected part 5 is plastically deformed by fastening force upon screwing the screw 10 into a screw hole 1a provided in the peripheral wall of the steering member 1.
