PURPOSE: To ensure fluids having two different pressures through a single machine by a method wherein a movable or changeable plate is arranged at the delivery end face part of a casing and a flow division port communicated with a tooth groove between male and female rotors under a compression process is formed in a plate.
CONSTITUTION: Male and female rotors 5 and 8 are rotated and when a pressure in a tooth groove C under a compression process attains a given pressure, a flow division port 12 is communicated with a tooth groove C, and fluid having a given flow division pressure is escaped from a flow division passage. Along with rotation of the rotors 5 and 8, the volume of the tooth groove C between the rotors 5 and 8 is decreased and at a point of time when a given flow rate flows out, the flow division port 12 is closed. Fluid remaining in the tooth groove C is further compressed by the rotors 5 and 8 and delivered through a delivery port 2. Two fluids having different pressures are respectively delivered through the delivery port and the flow division port 12. This constitution easily produces fluids having two different pressures through a single machine.
