This screw grommet 3 comprises a screw grommet main body 1 integrally formed by plastic, and a nut member 2 integrally formed by plastic. The screw grommet main body 1 has a flange 10 and a shaft part 11. The shaft part if has a strut 13 extending from the flange 10 and with an intermediate portion deformable so as to protrude outward in a radial direction, and a female screw holding part 14 provided on a tip of the strut for holding a female screw means. The nut member 2 is formed by a plastic material with rigidity higher than the screw grommet main body 1. The nut member 2 is housed into the female screw holding part 14 for locking it onto a locking part of the female screw holding part and holding it.
