Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grind or crush a granular material of various grain sizes and to improve properties of kneading with a liquid additive by providing a plurality of fins having no lead on the upstream-side of a flight part of a mixer supply part of a screw.
SOLUTION: This screw having a crushing mechanism has a plurality of fins 10 provided on the upstream side of a flight part 1 of a mixer supply part 3, in axial and rotational directions and at prescribed intervals in the rotational direction. By these fins 10, a granular material of various grain sizes is ground or crushed.
