Abstract:
To provide a screw-in type steel pipe pile which reduces the influence on a supporting force by reduction of an effective area of a rotary blade, and can optimize component forces in a vertical direction of sediment and the rotary blade during rotational construction, and an amount of sediment mounted on the rotary blade, in a soft ground and a hard ground, and a design method and a construction method for the same.SOLUTION: In a screw-in type steel pipe pile 1 according to the present invention, an intersection angle which is made by an outer peripheral surface of a steel pipe 3 and an upper surface 8 of a rotary blade 7 and is an intersection angle at an intermediate point of a circular arc in the rotary blade 7 satisfies the following conditions (1) to (3). (1) A first intermediate point intersection angle that is an intermediate point intersection angle in the rotary blade 7 arranged on a side closest to the inlet during rotary penetration is less than 90° . (2) An intermediate point intersection angle of the rotary blade 7 arranged on a side closer to the outlet during rotary penetration than the rotary blade 7 is equal to or less the first intermediate point intersection angle. (3) The adjacent rotary blades 7 have the intermediate point intersection angle of the rotary blade 7 arranged on the outlet side during the rotary penetration equal to or less the intermediate point intersection angle on the inlet side during the rotary penetration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
