To provide a screw member looseness warning structure providing a warning of looseness of a screw member by a simple construction.
This screw member looseness warning structure includes: a ring gear 14 and a differential case 16; a differential carrier 11 arranged adjacently to the ring gear 14 and differential case 16; a bolt 21 fastened by the ring gear 14 and differential case 16; and a sound producing plate 31 provided to the differential carrier 11. The ring gear 14 and differential case 16 are rotatively moved, thereby relatively moving the bolt 21 and sound producing plate 31. With the bolt 21 locked, the bolt 21 and sound producing plate 31 are so positioned that their trajectories deviate from each other. With the bolt 21 loosened, the bolt 21 and sound producing plate 31 are so positioned that their trajectories intersect with each other.
