Abstract:
To provide a screw production system which suppresses deterioration in safety of an operator and can improve the efficiency of screw production.SOLUTION: A screw production system includes a form-rolling device which produces a screw by rolling, a cutting device which produces the screw by cutting, and a control device which receives specification information of the produced screw and controls the form-rolling device and the cutting device based on the received specification information. The control device preferably includes a generation part which generates machining conditions based on the specification information and a transmission part which transmits the generated machining conditions to the form-rolling device or the cutting device. Therein, the machining conditions contain information which exhibits form-rolling machining or cutting machining, and the transmission part, when the machining conditions are required from the form-rolling device, transmits the machining conditions linked with information which exhibits the form-rolling machining to the form-rolling device, and when the machining conditions are required from the cutting device, transmits to the form-rolling device the machining conditions linked with information which exhibits the cutting machining.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
