Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform screw pull-out work by horizontally, upwardly and downwardly moving one extruder by a lift device and passing the screw of one extruder above other extruder to pull out the same.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic cylinder 3 is operated to rearwardly move a truck 14 in a horizontal state and the leading end of the screw 19 of the second stage extruder 12 mounted on the truck 14 is separated from a first stage extruder 11. Subsequently, the truck 14 is moved so as to rise or fall to be fixed to a floor by an engaging jig 5. Next, the screw 17 of the second stage extruder 12 is passed above the first stage extruder 11 and pulled out of the door or window as the screw passing port provided to the wall part of a factory building opposed to the screw 17.
