Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a screw pulling device capable of actuating the tension of a tension unit for uniform elongation of a screw-threaded bolt even when the screw-threaded bolt is bent outwardly, or the diameter of the pitch circle is deviated.
CONSTITUTION: In a screw pulling device to screw a lid to a nuclear reactor pressure vessel by a hydraulic tension unit 8 arranged on a carrier ring 2, the tension unit 8 is supported by the carrier ring in a regulating manner in the radial direction relative to a common pitch circle of a screw-threaded bolt 5 with respect to the carrier ring 2, and a regulating cylinder 38 to correctly set the tension unit to the screw-threaded bolt can be attached to the tension unit 8.
