The screw body 4 is inserted in a transparent hollow cylinder 2, the both are fixed to each other, a rotary shaft 5 projecting to the both ends of the screw body 4 is rotatably supported to rotation support members 6 and 6, the two rotation support members 5 are detachably fixed to a rod body 10, legs 8 are provided in one rotation support member and made to slantly support the hollow cylinder 2, and a rotation means integrally rotating the hollow cylinder 2 and the screw body 4 is provided in the legs side. The bottom end part of the slant hollow cylinder 2 is put in a water tank and the rotation means rotates the hollow cylinder 2 and the screw body 4 so as to pump up water.
