Abstract:
To provide a screw pump that allows installation and an internal inspection to be safely and easily performed without taking a time and labor for processing, adjustment and an inspection.SOLUTION: A screw pump rotates a screw shaft to transfer a liquid from an inland water side to a foreland water side. The screw pump comprises a bearing frame rotatably supporting the screw shaft, an electric motor placed on the bearing frame, a support member swingably supporting a cylindrical casing, a lock member for locking the cylindrical casing at an arbitrary inclination angle, and a seat member capable of seating on a bottom on the inland water side at an arbitrary angle. The screw shaft, the cylindrical casing and the bearing frame are configured to be integrally swingable, so that installation is easy and the end of the screw pump can be pulled up from an immersion part to check the inside. Further, the screw pump is flipped up not to contact with water other than the time of operating, so that a blade can be prevented from corrosion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
