Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw repair device capable of suppressing occurrence of troubles including a double screw, in which a screw is jammed with a die during repair.SOLUTION: A screw repair device 1 of the invention for repairing a thread part b1 of a screw b having a dent or the like to form a predetermined shape comprises: a rotary die 10 for performing a repair by pressing an entire periphery of the thread part b1 with a thread die 12, while driving its own rotation; arc shaped pressing means 20 for holding the screw b between the thread die 12 and itself, while elastically pressing the thread part b1; and screw feeding means 40. Rotation of the rotary die 10 guides the screw b, which is fed by the screw feeding means 40, to an opening part 15, as well as the rotation of the rotary die 10 allows the screw b to be automatically received by the opening part 15, without being forcibly pushed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
