Abstract:
To provide a high accurate screw rolling machine assembly that has a gear speed reduction assembly disposed between a pair of bearing assemblies.SOLUTION: A high accurate screw rolling machine assembly has a fixed die block and a mounting flange. Both of the fixed die block and the mounting flange are fixed to a work table. The fixed die block includes a fixed die pocket portion, and the fixed die pocket portion has a fixed die disposed therein. The assembly includes a bearing assembly that is slidably connected between the mounting flange and a moving die block including a moving die, and a blank disposed between the fixed die block and the moving die block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
