Abstract:

To eliminate the necessity of extracting a screw spike from a sleeper, when replacing and reversing an adjusting top.

This screw spike 21 is constituted by forming a biting-in screw part 33 for biting in the sleeper 22 on the tip side, and forming a connecting part 35 connecting a tool for applying torque on the base end side. A screw part 37 for threadedly engaging a nut 38 is arranged between the biting-in screw part 33 and the connecting part 35. A maximum diameter of the connecting part 35 is set to a diameter or less of a trough part of the screw part 37. When replacing the adjusting top 15, the nut 38 is attached and detached in a state of not removing the screw spike 21 from the sleeper 22.
