PURPOSE: To enable a screw inserting means to secure sufficient locking holding force and to be easily separated from a screw supplying belt by allowing the screw inserting means to be provided with cylindrical boss having a bottom on the lower surface side of a belt-like plate and allowing the belt-like plate to be provided with a radial slot drilled therein and extended outward from the maximum diameter of a screw head part.
CONSTITUTION: When a drilling screw 42 is inserted into and attached to a screw supply belt 40, a screw head part 49 is locked and held in a screw insertion hole 46 at its part of a rolling diameter D2 formed on its end side and the intermediate part outer periphery of the screw head 49 is in contact with and supported by the upper opening end edge 44a of a guide hole 44 above the screw insertion hole 46. When the drilling screw 42 inserted into this soft synthetic resin-made belt 40 is rotated and driven by a driver bit of an automatic screw driving machine, the screw head part 49 subjected to screw-driving thrust fractures an outer peripheral wall 45a annularly connected to the lower end of a cylindrical boss 45 by aid of a radial slot 47, and is communicated with the end of a longitudinal slot 50 and the screw insertion hole 46. Thereby, the drilling screw 42 is pushed out from the screw supplying belt 40 and easily separated therefrom.
