Abstract:
To visually check the tightening of screws easily.
A screw tightening indicator 1 which indicates the tightening of screws is so designed that it comprises a hollow ring 2 having a center hole 2B through which an annular hollow part 2A and screw shaft are passed and an indicator part 3 filled into the hollow part 2A. Also it is interposed between a screwing device C as a screw shaft A or nut B and a body to be tightened D by the screwing device C. Thus the hollow ring 2 is pressed and ruptured by the tightening of the screw so as to expose the indicator part 3 visibly from the outside.
