Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a screw-type anchorage device for an anchor at an optimum location of the same, in the construction field.
SOLUTION: The tip of the anchor 3 is inserted into an insertion hole 1a of the screw-type anchorage device 1 for the anchor from a lower end of the insertion hole 1a, the anchorage device 1 being inserted into a through hole 20a of an anchor plate 20 and mountable at an arbitrary location of the anchor. Then, an epoxy resin is injected from an injection hole 1c up to an upper portion of the through hole 1a. After hardening of the epoxy resin, an anchoring nut 5 is screwed onto the anchorage device 1, and a tension unit is attached to the anchor plate 20, followed by pulling the anchor 3 via the anchorage device 1. When the anchor 3 becomes tense by a predetermined force, the anchoring nut 5 is clamped onto the anchor plate 20, to thereby fix the anchor 3. As a result, the screw-type anchorage device 1 for the anchor can be fixed to the optimum location of the anchor depending on conditions in the construction field.
