To recognize whether lock work is normally performed, by externally recognizing rotating and stroking to the lock position of a nut invisible from an external part.
When rotating a bolt 12 in the arrow (fastening) direction, the nut 13 is rotated together by 90°, and is held in an illustrated lock position by a stopper 11b. The nut 13 strokes toward a lock base 11 by a further rotation in the same direction of the bolt 12, and pinches a vehicle body side lock plate between the nut 13 and the lock base 11, and can lock a battery on a vehicle body. A leg 16 is arranged to a cap 14 displaced together with the nut 13, and this leg is penetrated through the lock base 11, and the rotation and stroke of the nut 13 can be recognized from the external part by the displacement of the leg 16 (the tip 16a) interlocking with the rotation and the stroke of the nut 13.
