Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of transfer and processing and to prevent the staying of a matter to be processed in an outlet part by arranging a pusher screw having a spiral pusher screw blade screwable to a spiral main screw blade on a casing through which the workpiece is passed.
SOLUTION: A spiral pusher screw blade 13 is engaged with a main screw blade 10. In the state where the pusher screw blade 13 is screwed thereto most, the pusher screw blade 13 is rotated at a speed lower than the main screw blade 10 in the same direction by an inverter 20 and a motor 21, whereby the main screw blade 10 draws the pusher screw blade 13, and the pusher screw blade 13 is screwed to the main screw blade 10 to strongly push the sludge under processing between the blades of a main screw 7. According to this, the filtrate is discharged through a filter 6, and the sludge 23 is pushed out of a discharge port 5 as solid matter.
