A cylindrical bearing face 20 having an outer diameter not smaller than the outer diameter of a neck but smaller than the outer diameter of a second head is provided between the shearable neck 14 and the second head 16. A screw tightening tool is constructed by a tightening end strip 32 and a rotation driving means, the end strip being formed as a tubular body 34. An elastic means 38 is provided between the connection 36 of the tubular body connectable to the first head and the first end and it is radially protruded into the tubular body in a free condition, so that the first head of the screw can be inserted into the connection after setting-in and the first head, when put in the connection, be locked in cooperation with the cylindrical bearing face 20 of the screw. A storage room 40 for storing the first head is provided in communication with the connection.
