A connecting piece cuttable with scissors is formed in the ring member 5 and protruded from the handle part 1, and this connecting piece is connected to a connecting line 3. A diameter of the holding member 7 is made almost the same as that of the ring member 5, and a holding surface of the holding member 7 is closely or lightly in contact with an outer side surface of the ring member 5.
