PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-in device that is a mechanism capable of setting to a proper rotational speed in screwing-in, and can control a lowering speed together with rotation.SOLUTION: A screw-in device 1 includes: a shackle 3 attached to a crane hook 49; a stationary block 5 provided at a lower part of the shackle 3; a rotational shaft 7 rotatably attached to the stationary block 5; a rotary mechanism part 9 configured to rotate the rotational shaft 7; an elevatable part 11 directly or indirectly attached to the rotational shaft 7; a hydraulic mechanism 13 configured to control a lowering speed of the elevatable part 11 to a predetermined lowering speed; and a coupling jig 15 provided at a tip of the elevatable part 11, and configured to couple with a screw-in object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
