PURPOSE: To obtain a scriving machine performing the same fair copy as brush writing, by reading a manuscript for character recognition, simultaing brush writing characters corresponding to hand writing through the operation processing and printing out the result.

CONSTITUTION: A manuscript character is read at an optical character reader 1, characteristics are picked up at a characteristic pickup circuit for each character, it is compared with the characteristic of the standard characters stored in an ROM 3 and recognized as a specific character. A centeral operation processing unit 4 performs operation how to move a paint brush for brush writing for the recognized characters accoding to the order of writing stored in the ROM 3. In this case, the character output is provided with the individuality through a little change of the operation parameters depending on the element of the individuality analyzed with a voice analysis circuit 7 for the voice of the user from a voice input circuit 6, the stroke information is operated and outputted on a printer 9 via a print machine interface circuit 8 to obtain brush writing characters.
