PURPOSE: To make needless to process tooth through a precision instrument and to improve productivity and simultaneously to elevate durability by covering a scroll base material made of metal, except a face opposing to the tooth formed face of the base plate, by means of resin composition in which at least inorganic filler is mixed to a polyamide resin.
CONSTITUTION: A scroll compressor has a rocking scroll 18, which is constituted by covering a scroll base material 21 made of metal where a spiral tooth 19 is formed on a tooth formed face 20a of a base plate 20, by means of a resin 22, and a fixed scroll (omitted from figure indication) which similarly has a tooth same as that tooth in shape but opposite in the spiraling direction and compresses the air sucked into a compression chamber divided between both scrolls so as to discharge. In this case, the resin layer 22 forms the scroll base material 21 of each scroll by precisely forming, except a face opposing to the tooth formed face of the base plate 20, a resin composition which is constituted by mixing at least inorganic filler to a polyamide resin, on the surface of the base material 21 by means of a formation through injection and compression. Hereby, the productivity and the reliability are contrived to improve.
