Main and auxiliary bearings 3c, 3h for supporting a main shaft 4 rotatably driven by an electric motor in a radial direction are disposed on a center part of a compliant frame 3. Upper and lower fitting cylindrical surfaces 15a, 15b are formed on upper and lower parts in an inside surface of a guide frame 15 whose outer peripheral surface is fixed to an enclosed container, and they are fitted to upper and lower fitting cylindrical surfaces 3d, 3e formed on an outer peripheral surface of the compliant, frame 3. In this case, bending surfaces bent in an axial direction along a circumference are formed on all fitting cylindrical surfaces 15, 15; 3d, 3e. It is thus possible to improve productivity, and it is also possible to reduce costs without deteriorating working accuracy and reliability of both frames 3, 15.
