To eliminate the difficulty in assembling oil discharge passages for returning lubricating oil after lubricating a sliding part to a lubrication oil reservoir without being mixed with fluid gas.
A shell inside oil discharge passage 67 and a motor part oil discharge passage 9a fixed to a frame oil discharge passage 4b are connected by elastic force of elastic body passages 69, 71 via the elastic body passages.
