A bearing boss part 52 of the swinging scroll 5 constituting a scroll compression element 3 is connected to the head portion 21a of a crankshaft 21 of an electrical element 2 slidably facing to the inner bottom 11a of a support frame 11 and an oil falling hole 12 for lubricating oil O to be circulated and fed to a bearing part between the swinging scroll 5 and the crankshaft 21 in the bottom circumferential side of the support frame 11. An oil forced discharge mechanism forcedly discharging the lubricating oil O stagnated in the inner bottom surface 11a of the support frame 11 toward the oil falling hole 12 by the rotation of the head portion 21a of the crankshaft 21 is provided in the mutual sliding surface between the inner bottom surface 11a of the support frame 11 and the lower surface of the head portion 21a of the crankshaft 21.
