Abstract:
To prevent generation of an abnormal sound when adjusting a position, in a scroll compressor constituted so that one of a fixed scroll 21 and a movable scroll 22 can be positionally adjusted in the axial direction.
A seal ring 18 for forming a back pressure space S3 on a back face of the movable scroll 22, is positionally adjusted to a seal position and a leakage position to an end plate 25 of the movable scroll 22, by paying attention to the fact that compression operation is not performed when both scrolls 21 and 22 do not become a seal state during that time, when high pressure gas is leaked from the back pressure space (a high pressure space) S3 for mutually pressing down the movable scroll 22 and the fixed scroll 21.
