To provide a compressor capable of preventing a lowering of compressing performance caused by the volumetric efficiency degradation of a compression mechanism due to an increase in the expansion amount of an intake refrigerant caused by high-temperature and high-pressure oil leaking into an intake part of the compression mechanism because sealing force is lowered by a cut part of an annular seal member.
The cut part consists of a straight line part comprising a radial length t2 on the outer peripheral side of the annular seal member, and a straight line part with an angle α to a radial direction, and the length of the straight line part t2 in the radial direction is set to the half or less of the length of the width t1 of the annular seal member to prevent the lowering of sealing force at the cut part.
