A ring member 19 with a raised portion is arranged with the back pressure partition band 14 in an annular groove 10 of a bearing member 8, and thereby, the back pressure partition band 14 is stably sealed and slid by the spring effect of the raised portion 20, and the back pressure partition band 14 is supported through a plane part 21, and force pressed to the turning end plate can be equalized, and development of partial wear of the back pressure partition band 14 can be suppressed.
